Pekingese is a small sized ancient dog breed.Pekingese are native to China and are called as "Lion dogs " in their country of origin.Pekingese find it a bit hard to get along with other pets and also with children.Pekingese need timely training.They do not like 24 hour attention from their owners and like to be independent at sometimes.They are ranked as 2nd least affectionate among all dog breeds.
